- One point of contactThe counsel you meet runs your matter. Nothing is lost in translation, and you never pay for lawyers to brief each other.
- We learn your businessBefore we advise, we understand your business, your market and your priorities.
- Your way of workingBy call, by email, in your own systems or in person. We adjust to how you prefer to work.
- Discretion and dataWe never advertise your deals, not even anonymised, and never name our members. Your data is protected and seen only by the counsel on your matter.
- Wherever you areRemote by default, so location never matters. We meet in London, or elsewhere, by prior arrangement.
Traditional values. Modern approach.
A boutique legal practice for companies that expect more.
Because knowing the law is simply not enough.
What Orelle is
A members-only legal practice. Senior counsel handle every matter from start to finish, supported by leading legal technology, at a fixed fee agreed before we begin.
Who we work with
Founders, growing companies and established groups that want one trusted legal partner across corporate, technology, tax and regulatory law.
What we will never do
- Bill you by the hour
- Pass your matter to juniors
- Advertise your deals or name our members
The founder
Katarzyna Chmiel
Solicitor of England and Wales
The lawyer you meet should be the lawyer who does the work.
Katarzyna has spent her career on cross-border corporate, tax and commercial matters. She founded Orelle so that every member works directly with senior counsel, on terms agreed before the work begins, and with complete discretion.
The network
The right specialist, introduced by us.
Orelle works with a trusted network of professionals. When your matter needs more, we introduce you to the right person and stay your single point of contact.
- Counsel in other jurisdictions
- Tax and accounting advisers
- Industry and technical experts
We never publish who they are. Introductions are made personally, when they are needed.
